Secondly, during the production process, we carry out real-time in-process inspection. For key processes such as laser cutting, bending, and welding, we arrange special inspectors to conduct random checks at any time, focusing on detecting the precision of cutting, the accuracy of bending angles, and the firmness of welding joints, to avoid unqualified semi-finished products entering the next process.

In addition, after the semi-finished products are formed, we will conduct a comprehensive performance test, including load-bearing test, corrosion resistance test, and structural stability test, to ensure that the product performance meets the design requirements.

Finally, before delivery, we will conduct a 100% full inspection of all finished products, and carry out simulated ocean shipping vibration tests for key products to ensure that the products can maintain good quality during transportation.
