a. Regular Products (non-customized): For standard non-customized products in our conventional product range, the normal mass production delivery lead time is 15 days after order confirmation, production scheduling, and material preparation are completed.
b. Customized Products: For customized products designed according to customer-specific requirements, the mass production delivery lead time is 25 days. This period starts from the official launch of mass production after samples are confirmed and approved by both parties.
c. Urgent Needs: To support customers with tight project schedules, we provide professional urgent order processing services by optimizing production scheduling and prioritizing key orders. We have successfully achieved 5-day urgent delivery for additional console orders in actual cooperation cases. The specific lead time for urgent orders will be evaluated comprehensively according to the order quantity, production process complexity, material availability and current production capacity.
