FRJ Industries operates a standardized modern workshop covering 25,000 square meters, equipped with automated production lines and CNC processing equipment. Our capacity is sized to absorb large-volume bulk orders while keeping dimensional accuracy consistent across batches.

Core Processing Technologies

• Laser cutting - high precision, fast cutting speed and smooth edges for complex profiles.
• CNC bending - repeatable bend angles and radii for cabinet frames and doors.
• Punching and drilling - cable entries, mounting rails and vent patterns.
• Surface treatment - electrostatic powder coating with eco-friendly coatings keeping VOC emissions below 50g/L.
• Assembly and inspection - frame assembly, hardware fitting and full-function testing before packing.

Quality Control System

We apply full-link quality control across every order. Incoming raw material inspection verifies material grade and thickness before it enters production. In-process inspection checks dimensions against the approved drawings, and final inspection covers assembly, surface finish and function before packing.

Environmental Compliance

Our production follows a low-pollution model. Spraying uses eco-friendly coatings with VOC emissions below 50g/L, electroplating wastewater is 100 percent recycled, and we maintain dedicated environmental treatment facilities to keep the process compliant.
