What is the quality control process? How to ensure consistent quality of bulk products?

Answer Adopt a full-link quality control process: Incoming Material Inspection → In-Process Inspection (laser cutting precision/bending angle) → Semi-Finished Product Testing (load-bearing/protection level) → Finished Product Full Inspection (dimensions/surface treatment/accessory assembly) → Pre-Delivery Sampling (simulated ocean shipping vibration test). Each product undergoes 100% inspection, and a test report is provided with the goods. The production team holds certificates to work (welders hold special equipment operation certificates), and the standardized workshop ensures the consistency of mass production.

What processing technologies and surface treatment methods does the company support?
