The daily output per shift is 50 network cabinets / 30 console sets / 80 machined cabinets. We can stably undertake large-volume bulk orders, having successfully delivered projects such as 300 special-shaped equipment protection cabinets and 120 data center network cabinets.

Do you support on-site visits? Can I visit the production workshop?

Answer We support on-site visits by B-end customers, providing complete workshop tours (laser cutting area, CNC bending area, welding area, surface treatment area, finished product area, etc.) and sample testing services. Specific arrangements can be made in advance through the contact methods.

How long will it take to receive the quotation and design plan after submitting the demand?

Answer Complete demand connection within 24 hours, and provide 3D design drawings + detailed quotations to efficiently support customer decision-making.

On-site handling by engineers will be arranged for complex problems.

What is the product after-sales service policy?

Do you support cross-border delivery? What delivery methods and packaging guarantees are available?

Answer We support cross-border delivery to more than 30 countries worldwide, providing two delivery methods: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and FOB (Free On Board): Packaging Guarantee: Customize packaging for different terminal scenarios, adopting a combination of PE film + wooden case + moisture-proof agent. Add moisture-proof layers for tropical regions and thermal insulation layers for cold regions. Simulated ocean shipping vibration tests ensure no damage during transportation; Customs Clearance Support: Provide complete customs clearance documents to ensure smooth cross-border delivery.

How long is the order delivery lead time? Can urgent delivery be provided?

Answer Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1 unit for regular products and 5 units for non-standard products (specifically adjustable according to product type and customization complexity). We support small-batch orders to help customers reduce inventory pressure.

Can you provide process standard documents during processing?

Answer Yes, we can. We have sorted out the sheet metal processing technical parameters in tabular form, covering core information such as precision, welding standards, and surface treatment parameters. It can be provided upon customer request to meet the technical detail verification needs of high-end customers.

What is the quality control process? How to ensure consistent quality of bulk products?

Answer Adopt a full-link quality control process: Incoming Material Inspection → In-Process Inspection (laser cutting precision/bending angle) → Semi-Finished Product Testing (load-bearing/protection level) → Finished Product Full Inspection (dimensions/surface treatment/accessory assembly) → Pre-Delivery Sampling (simulated ocean shipping vibration test). Each product undergoes 100% inspection, and a test report is provided with the goods. The production team holds certificates to work (welders hold special equipment operation certificates), and the standardized workshop ensures the consistency of mass production.

What processing technologies and surface treatment methods does the company support?

Answer a. Core Processing Technologies: Laser cutting, CNC bending, seamless welding (argon arc welding + gas metal arc welding), etc., adapting to different product structure requirements; b.
